LOCAL PICK-UP POLICY

When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with confirmation along with the local pick up address.  When you arrive at the pick up location, you will find your order in the deck box at the bottom of our front steps.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• The premises are monitored with video surveillance for your safety and security.

• Orders will be clearly marked with your name and order number.

• It is expected that you will only take YOUR order.

• You are expected to reclose the lid after you have retrieved your order.

• If there is an issue with your order: missing in its entirety, missing items, items received damaged, etc., we ask that you contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after pick up so the issue can be addressed immediately.

We trust our customers and expect that they will behave in an appropriate manner while picking up their orders and will not disrespect our property, our neighbors or our neighborhood, and thank you in advance.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

ANY VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT SUSPENSION OF THE CUSTOMERS PICK-UP PRIVILEDGES!
